John Davies
John Davies is a Principal Data Scientist at Nesta, the UK's Innovation Foundation. John’s work focuses on the use of data science techniques to understand the creative industries. Recent projects have included an international study of the use of AI in the creative industries, estimating the value people get from museum visits and mapping London nightlife. Prior to Nesta, he led English Heritage's Social and Economic research team and worked as an economics consultant and civil servant. He has undergraduate and masters degrees in economics from the LSE.
