Alternative folk music with instruments and sounds you wouldn’t otherwise hear in an Indie-Folk genre. We explore the incredibly diverse origins of Filipino music. A harp regularly dances over a classical guitar-bass-drums foundation, and instruments such as jew’s harp, psaltery, lute, flute and didgeridoo shake on listening habits. Today Joseh will be joined by Ulrike Freistedt, harp, and Noschka Shirazi, lute.
