Good Practice: Solving actual health and care challenges with Cross Innovation (Cross4Health)

Through the involvement in Horizon2020 cross-sectorial collaborative action and previous experiences in focusing on adding value from cross-sectorial value chains, Innovation Skåne would like to share their views on how the potential can be identified and unlocked for addressing real-life health and care challenges. Strategic policy-components as well as practices, activities will be presented for reaching actual results, for both solution owners, healthcare institutions, and last but not least end-users and patients.
The session will take a deeper look into how the project Cross4Health is unlocking the potential of cross-sectorial collaboration in solving actual health and care challenges.
